How do I get my food ready?

We deliver all our packages chilled and each package comes with a card that has simple heating instructions. 

Shipping & Payment

Do you ship to everywhere in the US?

We currently only ship only to all North Eastern States, namely Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and The District of Columbia. 

When will my order get shipped?

All orders placed from Sunday through Friday will be shipped on Monday except there’s a holiday then orders will be shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship 9 days later.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive a notification via email, the email will also include a tracking number. 

What is the shipping fee?

$20 – New York Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

$27.50 – 2 Business Days Shipping Fee to all other Northeast locations

Can I place a custom order?

We are currently unable to accept custom orders.

Is your payment platform secure?

Do we charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax may be applied to your total charge depending on the shipping address. The exact amount varies based on where the meals are shipped, and the number of items on your order at check out.

The email confirming your order will have a detailed breakdown of your charge, including any promotions, sales tax, and delivery fees applied.  

What is your Refund Policy?

We will refund any product(s) in the unlikely event that they are damaged or spoiled or within its travel life. Please note that all issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery.

Dundu will require the video/ photo documentation of the meal(s) that you are not satisfied with before we make a credit or refund, otherwise the refund or credit will not take place. Dundu will not be responsible for spoilage or damage that is as a result of the package being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information provided at the point of ordering OR due to the inability of a recipient to receive/retrieve the package on the day of delivery.
